What happens after you place your order on www.wheregifts.com ?

Processing: All orders are sent to our order processing team for dispatch within 24 hours after the order is placed. Our team processes the order, which can take an additional 2–7 days.

ShippingAfter processing, items usually take between 7-25 days to arrive at their destination, but can take longer from time to time depending on your shipping destination and product origin. Our warehouses are located in USA, UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, China and Australia, shipment will be used depending on your region, and the weight, size of your package.

Shipping International: On average, International delivery usually takes about 15–35 days. US-placed orders are shipped by e-packet, DHL, USPS & FedEx etc. Tracking information is provided whenever possible (depending on your region). 

Tracking Number: We provide tracking for every order.Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfillment centers across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

Can i Cancel My Order ?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. If the item has already shipped, please email support@wheregifts.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

Entered An Incorrect Address !
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at support@
wheregifts.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.


My Item Arrived Damaged !
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:
- A picture of the damaged product.
Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of full refund.

 

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and you receive shipment within the time frame we advertise, please make sure your address is fully entered and correct. Use correct abbreviations and have spaces inserted properly, we do not take responsibility for the incorrect information. If the package is returned non-deliverable we will issue a store credit for the net price of your item(s) minus the shipping charge.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must address this with your postal service. 

Just a reminder that you will receive your order within 7-25 business days from the date that it is placed. After your payment is authorized and verified, it will take 3-5 business days to process your order, If it is a non-customized product. Customized products usually take 7-90 days to make, different products need different time, and delivery time takes 7-25 working days.This is just an estimate and doesn't include weekends or holidays. When your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.
